Postponement of Melbourne Youth Leadership Conference

Wednesday, February 17, 2021

We regret to announce that we must reschedule the Melbourne Youth Leadership Conference to Tuesday, April 27th (event 1)and Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 (event 2).

Whilst we were beyond excited host two Melbourne Youth Leadership Conference in 2021 with our sold-out events, with the recent COVID-19 lockdown, travel restrictions and today's announcement of entertainment venues being limited to 50% capacity or a maximum of 300 attendees it has prohibited this event from going ahead.

Please view government announcement of restrictions here.

We will now proceed with our COVID-19 Event Strategy. This strategy has been agreed to by all orders when placing a request for invoice or via card. Please read the strategy here.

All orders will have three options:

A) Your registration is moved the postponed event on Tuesday, April 27th and Wednesday, April 28th 2021 ;

B) Your registration is moved to our 2022 event on the Friday, 4th March 2022 or;

C) Your registration is placed into a credit for future events.

All events will be at the Melbourne City Conference Centre (Previously Melbourne Convention Centre)

Please submit your request here by Friday 26th February.

Along with this, all ticket holders will also have access to our virtual Australian / New Zealand Young Leaders Summit (valued at $199 per school), which will be hosted online on the Morning of the 12th March 2021 beginning at 9am AEST and concluding at 12pm AEST.

A registration link will be sent within the week.

Whilst the changes are disappointing, they also bring us an opportunity to have a greater impact in Melbourne at a later point in the year. We are bringing our brand new primary school event - the Dream and Lead Conference - as well as expanding our Secondary Youth Leadership Conference to a brand new venue.

Thank you for your support and understanding, we apologise for any inconvenience.
