About us

We are a not-for-profit that runs experiential leadership and wellbeing programs in schools, representing multiple brands. We are looking for a casual communicator to work with young people and partner with schools to run these programs.

We are looking for the right person rather than just the right experience or skill set. Experience or skill set is an advantage, but don't count yourself out!

Must haves: A passion for working with young people, energetic, willing to learn and throw yourself into the deep end.

The Logistics

This is a Sydney based role- our office is in Macquarie Park.

This role reports to the Head of Communicators, Program Design and Delivery.

We employ under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award.

The pay rate is $32.88 per hour, PLUS super on top of that

The Requirements

•                Current Driver’s License.

•                Current Passport or the ability to get one.

•                A current NSW Working with Children Check (if you don’t have one that’s fine, you can apply for a FREE volunteer WWC check. If you are successful in your application you will however be required to change your WWC from volunteer to paid).

•                Willingness to have a police background check carried out on your behalf to ensure you meet our strict working with children requirements.

•                A passion for working with young people.

•                Energy, vibrancy and enthusiasm towards life.

•                A willingness to learn quickly, throw yourself in the deep end, and a love for growth.

•                Love to build relationships with those around you.

•                Willingness to be vulnerable and share your story with young people.
