WHY COUNCIL PARTNERSHIPS

Leadership starts where young people live.

Growing up in regional Western Australia, our founder felt the scarcity of leadership opportunities for young people first-hand — a reality for young Australians right across the nation, especially outside our city centres. Since 2018, Youth Leadership Academy Australia has engaged over 50,000 young Australians through partnerships with more than 1,500 schools and Local Government Authorities. Our goal is to tailor programs that are not only relevant but transformative for the youth your council serves — co-designed with you, grounded in local context, and delivered end-to-end.
