Discovery of Resilience & Leadership (Year 5 & 6)

This workshop provides primary school students with the opportunity to explore and discover their role as leaders in society, through an experiential, learner-centred approach.

Key Outcomes:
  • Students are empowered to step into their leadership
  • Students build self-confidence and practice vulnerability through sharing and collaboration during discussions and debriefs
  • Students are aware of the importance of holding space for shares, practising active listening and acknowledging their peers

Redefining Leadership (Year 7 and 8)

Program Length:
Half to full-day workshop
Core Themes:
Leadership, resilience, flexibility goal setting, collaboration

This workshop challenges traditional notions of leadership, shifting focus from leadership as ego, to leadership as a practice of service and as a mindset for personal growth.

Key Outcomes:
  • Provides students with an understanding of their leadership potential and responsibility through ownership and accountability
  • Educates students on emotions and emotion management
  • Explores the importance of creativity and critical thinking to spark meaningful change

The Influencers (Year 9 and 10)

Age Group:
Grades 9 and 10
Number of Students:

Program Length:
Half to full-day workshop
Core Themes:
Leadership, social media, relationships, wellbeing and boundaries

This workshop builds students’ awareness of their power to be positive role models and change agents in their community, and equips them with the confidence, communication skills, and self-awareness to take charge of their mindset and have a positive influence on those around them.

Key Outcomes:
  • Explore how to build healthy habits with technology and social media
  • Encourage students to take ownership of their actions and the good and bad consequences which follow
  • Equip students with the skills to build healthy and strong relationships, first with themselves and then with their community

Two day workshop
Core Themes:
Leadership, critical thinking, communication, flexibility, and creating change.

This program empowers young people to take charge of their leadership potential by first taking charge of their inner emotional landscape.

Key Outcomes:
  • Empowers students to understand and use their influence to create positive change
  • Provides students with a sense of self-confidence to be able to cope with adversity 
  • Educates students on their ability to make meaningful change on a personal and community level

This one-day workshop focuses on building students’ personal and professional capacity to be service leaders in their communities, by first equipping them with the skills to develop strong self-leadership.

Key Outcomes:
  • Empower students to recognise the critical role that service leadership plays in your school, community and our world
  • Equips students with the skills to set and achieve goals using a variety of techniques and real life examples
  • Build resilience to allow students to overcome adversity and fear, feeling more empowered to take action

This workshop aims to tackle the challenges, burdens, and insecurities that young people feel hold them back in their transition to adulthood.

  • Build confidence in students to be able set and achieve their goals beyond school
  • Identify personal and professional values students look for in the community and in themselves and if they are leading with integrity

This one-day workshop enhances student leadership groups’ capacity for developing and implementing positive tools for change in their schools and communities.

  • Develop a greater sense of teamwork and collaboration to build a positive culture that can be felt through the school and community
  • Provide students with mentorship and guidance to develop their own student led initiative.

This two-day workshop will provide student leadership groups with the solid foundations for success. We focus on developing trust, clear channels of communication, and a shared vision of the team to enhance their capacity for collaborative work

Key Outcomes:
  • Challenge students to think critically to solve problems within their own lives, and your school and community
  • Develop strong team goals, vision and values that drive the team forward and can be felt throughout the wider community
  • Provide students with mentorship and guidance to develop their own student-led initiative
