
Dan Aubin is a communication specialist, keynote speaker, and coach who has dedicated over 20 years to helping individuals and teams unlock their potential. As the founder of Daring Humans, Dan empowers students, educators, and young leaders to communicate effectively, think strategically, and embrace leadership in authentic and impactful ways.
Dan began his career in academia, lecturing and researching at Charles Sturt University in the areas of communication, creativity, and leadership. His innovative teaching earned him a prestigious award, which led him to transition from the classroom to the business world. Through Daring Humans, Dan now supports leaders of all ages in navigating real-world challenges with clarity and confidence.
What makes Dan’s approach unique is his ability to blend intellectual insights with hands-on movement. Drawing from his background in elite gymnastics, acting, stunts, and circus, he brings an engaging, dynamic energy to every presentation. As CEO and Artistic Director of Cirkidz, the South Australian Circus Centre, he saw how creativity and performance can drive innovation and inspire leadership.
Dan’s journey has taken him from developing corporate leadership programs to stunt doubling for Hollywood stars, performing in NBA arenas, and coaching medical professionals. Throughout his career, he’s remained passionate about helping others find balance - not as a static goal, but as an ongoing practice of resilience and growth.
Dan equips students with the tools to communicate with impact, face challenges with courage, and lead in ways that inspire others. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Dan now lives on the coast of South Australia with his wife and two children, where he continues to share his love of learning, leadership, and daring to make a difference.
