Lucy Thomas OAM is an internationally recognised anti-bullying advocate, thought leader in youth empowerment, and the driving force behind PROJECT ROCKIT. Australia’s youth-led movement against bullying, hate and prejudice. For over two decades, Lucy has dedicated her career to building inclusive spaces where young people are celebrated for who they are.

As Co-Founder and CEO of PROJECT ROCKIT, Lucy has reached hundreds of thousands of students across Australia through high-impact workshops and digital programs. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping national conversations around student voice, digital wellbeing, and respectful relationships. Recognised with the Medal of the Order of Australia and listed as one of Australia's most influential women, Lucy continues to advocate for systemic change that elevates and empowers young people.

Lucy’s powerful storytelling, lived experience and deep authenticity have seen her speak at the United Nations in New York, advise global tech giants like Facebook, Instagram and Google, and become one of Australia’s most sought-after youth speakers.
