Mitch Wallis is one of the most recognisable faces in mental health. He is a leader in the wellbeing space with a lifelong mission to empower others to feel understood.

After working for Microsoft in Australia and abroad for almost 7 years, and through his life-long struggle with mental health, Mitch Wallis left his successful corporate career to devote himself full-time to helping overcome suffering and reimagine the healing potential of the mind through the power of storytelling, connection & living with authenticity.

Mitch has delivered keynote presentations to tens of thousands of people, including some of the most recognised companies in the world including Google, Amazon, American Express, and has been featured in high profile wellbeing campaigns by the likes of Allianz as a subject matter expert.

He is a serial well-being entrepreneur - most well known for being the founder of Heart On My Sleeve - a leading global mental health movement and services provider. He is the author of “Real Conversations” - a mental health training curriculum that’s been distributed to hundreds of thousands of people, and he’s the creator of “Real Mates” - an innovative peer support program of accredited mental health representatives in workplaces across Australia. He is also the founder of Calm Water - a relaxation drink company that relieves stress and anxiety.

Mitch has featured across Sky News, Channel 10’s The Project, and recognised by GQ Magazine as a Man of Influence. He is a notable social media influencer & mental health advocate with over 30,000 followers, and also runs a weekly psychology Podcast called "UNDERSTOOD" where he has interviewed people from Harvard psychiatrists to Miss Universe. He was appointed the first ever ambassador for the Australia & New Zealand Mental Health association, and has been named a Westfield Local Hero.
